FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is a custom walkout song?
A custom walkout song is a short, personalized walk-up song with your player's name and jersey number in the lyrics that is created to sound awesome even if it’s cut short. CustomWalkoutSong.com makes them for baseball and softball players for $10 and delivers the MP3 by text within 24 hours. When delivered they are ready for any announcer app.
How much does a custom walkout song cost?
An individual walkout song is $10, for baseball or softball. That price includes your player's name and jersey number in the lyrics and delivery of the MP3 by text. Team packages are $15 per player on the baseball team and softball team pages.
How fast will I get the song?
Within 24 hours, and usually sooner. The song is sent by text message as an MP3, so you can play it as soon as it arrives. Make sure the phone number you provide when placing your order is correct.
What do I need to place an order?
The order form asks for your player's name, their jersey number, a valid credit/debit card and the phone number to text the song to.
Do you make walk-up songs for softball players?
Yes. Baseball and softball players get the personalized $10 song, and the homepage has song samples for both sports.
What style are the songs?
Every song is made in one consistent high-energy style, leaning toward Hip Hop/Rap, Hype built for confidence, swagger, and stadium energy. The lyrics are ALWAYS clean and family-friendly.
How long is the song?
About 25 to 45 seconds, made for a walk-up at bat, with your player's name and number front and center. As a baseball mom, I know timing a walkout song just right is HARD but that’s because you’re not using a walkup song, you’re trying to make a regular song do something it was not intended or optimized for.
Can I use the song with Ballpark DJ or other walk-up apps?
Yes. Each song is delivered as an MP3 that is ready to use with Ballpark DJ, Announcer App, Apple Music and other walk-up music apps.
What if we don't love the song?
If you don't love your song, we'll remake it for free. Every song is also listened to and approved before it is sent, and most songs are revised at least once before delivery. Just send us an email at CustomWalkOut@gmail.com with “New Song Please” in the subject line, we’ll do our very best to get you your new song the same day!
Who makes the songs?
Carissa, a baseball mom in Driftwood, Texas, writes the lyrics and produces every song herself. She personally listens to and approves each one before it goes out.
Can I order walkout songs for a whole team?
Yes. Team packages are $15 per player and give every player their own personalized song, plus 2 full-length team tracks. Details and delivery time are on the baseball team page and the softball team page.
